Terms of Service

By accessing or using StratusBoard, you agree to these terms. If you are using StratusBoard on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service (including attempting unauthorized access, probing, or disruption).
• Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• We may suspend or terminate access to protect StratusBoard, users, or third parties.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
• Payments are processed by a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). Taxes may apply.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in writing.

Data Ownership & Roles

Your organization retains ownership of tenant content you upload or create. Depending on the relationship, StratusBoard may act as a processor for tenant content and as a controller for limited account and billing data.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and access controls. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for actions taken under your account.

Availability & Changes

We may change features, add or remove functionality, or update these terms over time. We’ll post updates here and update the “Last updated” date.

Disclaimers & Liability

StratusBoard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratusBoard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
